Chocolate mousse with yogurt

Cocoa is a source of theobromine that reduces fatigue and tryptophan which also improves your mood by boosting serotonin production.

Ingredients for 2 portions

For the chocolate cream

  • 1 cup of drained yogurt 2%
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa or hazelnuts dissolved in some water
  • For garnish;
  • 4 tablespoons of Super Breakfast with chocolate
  • Fresh fruits


For chocolate cream: Swab the banana with the yoghurt and add cocoa.

Serving: Serve the half cream in a bowl, interspersed with Super Breakfast and fresh fruits and finish with the rest of the cream.

Garnish with the rest of Super Breakfast and fresh fruit.
