Ingredients for 4 portions
For the chocolate cream
- 2 cups of water
- 4 tablespoons ground linseed
- 2 Teaspoons of cocoa or gooseberry
- 2 teaspoons of stevia
For the banana cream
- 1 bowl of stuffed yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
For garnish
- 8 teaspoons Super Breakfast with tahini
- Fresh Fruits
Directions
For the chocolate cream
Stir all ingredients of the cream in a saucepan and heat until it cools
For banana cream:
We smear the banana with yoghurt
Serving:
Serve in the bowl first the chocolate cream, in between Super Breakfast and fresh fruit and over the banana cream. Garnish with Super Breakfast and Fresh Fruit.
