Cream of chocolate banana with yoghurt, linseed and Super breakfast

Linseed is an excellent source of fiber, enriching even more the recipe. A diet rich in fiber, including foods such as oats, promotes digestive health, fueling beneficial bacteria, and can promote weight loss by reducing hunger and boosting satiety.

Ingredients for 4 portions

For the chocolate cream

  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 tablespoons ground linseed
  • 2 Teaspoons of cocoa or gooseberry
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia

For the banana cream

  • 1 bowl of stuffed yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana

For garnish

  • 8 teaspoons Super Breakfast with tahini
  • Fresh Fruits

Directions

For the chocolate cream

Stir all ingredients of the cream in a saucepan and heat until it cools
For banana cream:
We smear the banana with yoghurt
Serving:
Serve in the bowl first the chocolate cream, in between Super Breakfast and fresh fruit and over the banana cream. Garnish with Super Breakfast and Fresh Fruit.
