Homemade yogurt ice cream can nutritionally satisfy our need for sweet while providing us with calcium, probiotics and high-value protein that keeps us sober for hours.
Ingredients for 1 portion
For ice cream yogurt:
- 1 cup of drained yogurt 2%
- 1 apple peeled
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Ceylon Cinnamon
For the garnish
- 4 tablespoons Super Breakfast with tahini
- 1 chopped apple
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Directions
For the ice cream:
We smear all the ingredients and place them in a thin layer or in a freezer compartment for at least 3 hours.
Serving: Serve the chopped apples in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and a few Super Breakfast. Put the ice cream in the multi again to make it creamy and serve it over the fruits and the Super Breakfast. We roast with honey and fresh fruit
